Effective 1 October 2026, Christian Mäder has assumed responsibility for finance as the new CFO on the Endress+Hauser Group’s Executive Board. He had been familiarizing himself with his duties since July. His predecessor, Dr Luc Schultheiss, will continue to oversee quality and sustainability through the end of January 2027.
With this change, Endress+Hauser has completed the restructuring of its top management team. Various changes have taken place at that level in recent months, mainly due to retirement. With these appointments, the family-owned company has also adjusted certain areas of responsibility to focus on strategically important topics.
Dr Mirko Lehmann took on the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) back in 2025. In 2026, Helena Svensson joined Endress+Hauser as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Professor Katja Windt as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Executive Board, headed by CEO Dr Peter Selders, additionally includes Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Laurent Mulley and General Counsel Dr Heiner Zehntner.
Supervisory Board President from the shareholder family
The Supervisory Board of the Endress+Hauser Group has also been operating under a new arrangement since the spring of 2026. Steven Endress, a grandson of company founder Dr Georg H Endress, was elected President of the Supervisory Board in April. Together with Sandra Genge, another grandchild of the company founder, he represents the family’s interests on the board. Dr Andreas Mayr, the Group’s former COO, was newly appointed to the Supervisory Board in May.
The Supervisory Board also includes Thomas Bachmann, Vice President Mathis Büttiker, Thomas Kraus and Antonietta Pedrazzetti; Dr Heiner Zehntner serves as Secretary of the board.
